building the virtual community of business people from Moldova
The Secretariat of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova faced a key problem — the lack of an effective system of interaction between the business community and government institutions
businesses did not have a tool that would allow them to promptly receive information about legislative changes and take part in consultations before these changes were adopted
at the same time, public authorities did not have reliable data on how their decisions affect the real sector of the economy
this led to an information gap and reduced the efficiency of public governance
Amigo Studio developed the comprehensive digital platform BizRadar — a virtual community of entrepreneurs in Moldova
the project was implemented in two phases, each solving specific tasks and gradually forming a full-fledged ecosystem for interaction between the state and the business sector
the first version focused on creating core functionality: a rating system and basic communication
companies gained the ability to anonymously evaluate the work of public authorities based on their own experience (on a scale from 1 to 5) and leave comments.
anonymity ensured honest feedback and protected businesses from possible pressure, while providing the state with truthful data on the quality of public services.
public authorities received a tool for direct dialogue with the business community on draft regulatory acts
this made it possible to identify pain points before decisions were taken and to gather well-balanced proposals from practicing entrepreneurs
the platform provided companies with instant notifications about key legislative changes, allowing them to act proactively rather than reacting after the fact
in the second phase, the platform evolved from an informational tool into a fully-fledged interaction hub for the business community
an event management module, for events organized by the Secretariat of the Economic Council, was integrated into the platform.
thanks to this module, the platform turned from an information channel into an active community where businesses not only receive data, but also interact with each other and with the state
a flexible segmentation system was developed, enabling administrators to:
this increased the relevance of communication and made it possible to collect more accurate data for specific business segments

a three-level registration system for companies was developed (via the RSUD register, membership in the Economic Council, or alternative verification)
this solution ensures transparency of participants while maintaining full anonymity of their actions in the rating system
the interface is adapted for users with a basic level of digital literacy, with simple registration flows and navigation
the platform fully supports Romanian, Russian and English, ensuring access for the entire spectrum of users and public institutions
the platform is built on a scalable architecture (Debian, Apache/Nginx, PHP, MySQL, Redis)
calendar synchronization in the iCalendar standard and secure storage of user data and ratings were implemented
a modular admin panel enables working with content, users, events, surveys, ratings and notifications without technical expertise
in the second iteration, advanced filters and segmentation by six criteria were added

the BizRadar project became a successful case of developing a government digital platform with high requirements for security, scalability and integration (RSUD, iCalendar, email/SMS)
it demonstrates the team’s expertise in designing complex ecosystems, working with public institutions and iteratively developing a product based on real-world usage
