IT Project Manager

responsibilities:

• Organization and management of processes within the company's projects
• Interaction with the team (developers, designers, QA)
• Setting tasks for the team and monitoring their implementation
• Communication with clients
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Managing budgets and project deadlines
• Effective distribution of available resources for each project
• Reporting and delivery of projects on time

requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• High level of responsibility, strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail, self-organization and independence
• Proficiency in Russian, Romanian and English
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitasking
